We’re Lauren Harriss & Ian Stevens, company Directors, husband & wife team and investors based on the border of North Essex/ East Hertfordshire.
HS Collective Ltd was founded in March 2024, having had experience with a Buy-to-let and full property renovation, whilst growing up surrounded by family investment properties.
We are passionate about property; combining hands-on expertise, industry knowledge and a client-focused approach, now working to grow and build a portfolio.

Our interest for property is backed by extensive training and education from some of the UK’s most successful investors. We remain closely connected to this network, drawing on their guidance and support as we continue to grow.
With our backgrounds in property, we now have an extensive 'black book' of valuable connections to leverage, really benefitting us with all things Property!
Lauren Harriss - Director
Lauren started off in Property, with a Commercial background working for a FTSE 250 retailer as a Business Development Manager; Responsible for identifying profitable opportunities, carrying out extensive financial & strategic analysis to source property acquisitions from the Midlands down. Also coordinated and oversaw commercial fit-outs, responsible for £mill capital investment budgets and collaborated with legal experts to facilitate lease negotiations.
Most recently, she has co-owned a successful Property Recruitment business, fostering strong partnerships with Property professionals nationwide and always ensuring she is up-to-date with the current property market conditions.
Ian Stevens - Director
Ian first got into Property after having set up his own business in Property Maintenance. Responsible for identifying and solving problems; providing accurate quotes and schedule of works for small and medium sized projects. Due to his high standard of work and impeccable attention to detail, he quickly became the contractor of choice for numerous Private Landlords and Property Owners.
Since then, his experience has branched out from not just privately owned Residential properties, but now also on a larger scale for; Commercial, Affordable housing, New builds as well as working on behalf of insurance companies and large property management firms.
